Terms of Service - Retro Camera

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Retro Camera ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Retro Camera is a mobile application that simulates the authentic film photography experience. The App allows users to take photos using various virtual film stocks and processes these photos to apply realistic film effects.

3. User Accounts

You may use the App with anonymous authentication or create an account with your email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to your photos. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your photos for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You agree not to use the App to capture, store, or share content that:

Is illegal, harmful, or offensive
Infringes on intellectual property rights
Contains malware or harmful code
Violates the privacy of others

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Some features of the App require payment. All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms. Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refunds are handled according to the policies of the respective app store.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Sacca Solutions Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SACCA SOLUTIONS INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
